We are very happy and proud to know that Brazil is the only country in the world where there are medical doctors, pharmacists, veterinarian doctors since 1980 and also, homeopathic dentist doctors since 2015. Even though Agronomy is not yet a specialty, its research results are more and more stimulated in Homeopathic schools, becoming an important task to the establishment of organic culture worldwide. Brazil is one of the most important countries in producing food for the whole world, and Agriculture is more and more widespread throughout those who want a better life without the use of pesticide substances. Organic culture is adopted more and more by general population.

Homeopathy is part of the federal government's project of the National Program of Integrative and Complementary Practices, integrated with the network of the SUS (Unique System of Health), which is Brazil's leading health program and one of the most important all free system of health in the world that includes the whole population. 

We, from Brazilian Medical Homeopathic Association are working hard to face all questions and we are sure that we will succeed and continue our struggle against all deleterious forces that try to lessen our importance in Medicine, Veterinary, Dentistry and Pharmacy.

All of them are inside SUS, our National System of Health that helps all population as a whole, poor or rich, all of those who need health help.

Brazilian Homeopathic Medical Association prepares an annual test approve doctors who will become specialists after two years of taking a preparation course for specialists in homeopathy.

Brazil also has five Brazilian states which have courses of medical residence and at the end of the residence course, the doctor automatically becomes an homeopathic specialist. The course  lasts three years. Medical course in Brazil lasts six years of studies.

Research is one of most important aims nowadays for we need to prove what we state.

Our efforts towards the universities must even stronger than ever and we are sure that spreading the homeopathic knowledge among medicine students is essential nowadays.  We are reinforcing that research is also one of the main goals we have to achieve. We are sure that researching must be spread through all homeopathic professionals. Showing therapeutic and researching results and demonstrating its medical action will be our chief purpose now and ever. 

Nowadays in Brazil there are more than five thousand medicine doctors. There are more and more veterinary, dental doctors and pharmacy specialists which greatly expand service to general population. Population is served in many hospitals, ambulatories, and clinics. There are outpatient clinics spread throughout Brazil across the four areas of homeopathy

Our work in Brazil continues to become increasingly hard. We need younger homeopathic doctors and more and more research to become more integrated and more widely recognized among our colleagues in other specialties.

We will have from April  18st to 21th 2026, our 37th  National Brazilian Homeopathic Congress. Brazillian Homeopathic Medical Association and LMHI, will be together in the congress in a round table about homeopathy in the world, and the next world congress in Mexico from October 21st to 24st and we shall also have a debate about Homeopathy everywhere.
